THANK YOU for visiting VK Ventures for your Show-Winning Prospects and Breeding Stock over the years!

Venture to the Farm Day!

Has been a really great adventure for us here at VK Ventures. However, all good things must come to an end. Venture to the Farm 2016 was our last big event. We have sold our remaining does.

We would sincerely like to thank all the folks who made this day so fun over the years. We’ve enjoyed getting to know so many goat folk and have made many life-long friends in the goat world.

While we may not have goats on the farm anymore, VK Ventures isn’t going away - we are refocusing our efforts on our line of Goat Equipment. Jeff is busy designing some of the items most requested over the years so please keep us in mind when you are in need of new equipment. If you have any requests, let us know, we may be able to do a custom build for you!

Thanks to all of you who have purchased VKV stock over the years. It’s been quite a VENTURE!

Below is a sampling of some of our
2016 kids.

It all started at
Venture to the Farm Day!

VKV congratulates Cody Schwartz and his VKV Delta’s Reign wether for winning OVERALL Grand Champion Meat Goat at the 2011 Minnesota State Fair and for his 2014 Reserve Champion Heavy Weight Market Goat!

Also congratulations to Justin
Van Keulen for his Reserve Champion Market Goat at the 2013 MN State Fair and Lee Bot and Justin Van Keulen for their Reserve Champion Jr. Doe at the 2012 and 2011 Minnesota State Fairs. See more of our Winners!

More show opportunities….

Now our children have even MORE showing opportunities with the creation of Minnesota's first youth show goat circuit! The purpose of this not for profit circuit is to promote an environment to allow young meat goat exhibitors to participate in a competitive yet ethical show series in order to develop their showmanship and meat goat management skills while earning points by their show ring performance. Summer's circuit will conclude with an awards program and recognition of the performance of youth exhibitors.
